ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, as he is on formula milk than it's normal as certain formula leads to green stools. If green watery stool with foul smelling passes for multiple time do check with your paedritician once..

it is because of
imbalance of hindmilk/foremilk
if mother take green intake as spinach and baby is on mother milk..
may be first sign of teething in the teething phase..
