#AskTheExpert Atharv is 4 years 5 months old. Last 15 days, he gets nose block problem in the night. In the day time it seems there is no problem. But it appears that some phlegm is there. Although he is not coughing. we are giving home remedies like honey, haldi..

A. give warm haldi milk. and steam inhalation.. Rub Baby Vicks to bottom of your baby’s feet and chest at night, cover her feet with cotton socks. Your baby will get instant relief .
