Chitradevi PGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Yes you can start offer water when baby is started their solid foods. Whenever baby is having solid foods, try to offer water too. A six to 12 month old baby needs two to eight ounces of water per day on top of water they get from breastmilk..
