A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor there is no need to woorry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 18 months also so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. Hello mom You can give homeopathic medicine name denton it is very effective in teething. You can start giving it regularly to your baby it is very healthy you have to give it twice a day once in the morning and once during night. Rather than this also start doing a massage of your babies gums it will give relief in pain
