Yes just be more relaxed because the life is going to turn all 360° so take proper rest after your delivery eat healthy stay healthy take proper rest proper sleep don’t take stress and anxiety because this is what leads to postpartum depression hair fall you being irritated and you know a lot of things are going to change because of your hormone so try to be more calm and focus on yourself along with your child
