Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear There is no such thing called diet for a 3 month old infant. It depends on the weight of the baby how much she should be fed and taken care of about it. Breast milk is best for the babies for first 4 months because cereals and other food items are included only after the baby completes 4 months.
