Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Hairfall after delivery happens due to harmonal changes, low Haemoglobin,stress,less sleeping hours.
Have Balanced diet with more water, fluids, protein,iron rich foods and supplements.
Do regular scalp massage with warm oil hairpacks like hibiscus leaves, flowers pack, egg pack, fenugreek seeds pack, onion oil/ Amla oil helps in controlling hairfall.
