Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. You can give wheat or rice based cerelac. But instead of store bought instant foods like cerelac you can give homemade cereals and other foods like fruit or vegetable purees. Instant foods will contain atleast some amount of preservatives. So u can restrict them only for travel and busy days.
