yeah depend karta hai as to woh kitne acche se used to hote hai ,
aap usse almost 1 time a day se start kare aur gradually increase kar sakte hai,
aap usse 2 to 3 times main meals aur saath mein aap usse 1 to 2 times snacks and alter kare apne feed se
