Give fluids in 1st week like dal water. rice water
by 2nd week you can start with boiled apple, vegetables soup, fruit smoothie, boiled potato. upma, sheera. rice dal mashed.

Moong Lentil rice water you can give all these things to the child on regular basis to begin with for at least 3 to 4 days you should just take to this kind of food only and then as soon as the time passes you can introduce all kind of vegetable purée and fruit purée to the child and also after that you can go for all kind of dairy products and foods like porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato
