ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. you should introduce top food only after completion of 6 months.

It is always advisable to give your baby breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and after six months you can start with Moong dal soup, khichadi, Dalia, Suji items and mashed potato, apple and banana.
