#AskTheExpert 5 month baby is nursing only for few minutes before getting distracted. She just keeps nipple in mouth but does not suck or puts and removes nipple in few seconds... She still finds something to see even in a darkened room and gets distracted... how can I make her to nurse properly and how long she shoukd nurse at lease each feeding?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. babies 5 months old it is absolutely normal that your baby will be distracted with things around the baby so try and feed your baby with breast milk in a comfortable and calm surroundings
