A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve thed srymptoms.

A. you are never suggested to give any kind of medicine just on a random it was specially for your little ones if your child is having any kind of symptoms you must take a doctor is the help of physical examination must be done and then any kind of medicine should be given at home the first home remedy you can try is giving indirectly steam streaming helps very effectively to get rid of the congestion
