#AskTheExpert 24 days phle c section se baby hua h. but abhi milk kam aa rha h plz suggest me milk proper aye or baby acche se feed krle

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. U can also have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. Take care
