#AskTheExpert 10 months old baby tounge turning black at the top of the tounge ( center part). I tried cleaning with soft cloth but no use. is this something I need to worry about?

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
