#AskTheExpei want to express milk and give baby since going work but there s low milk ehiy using the pump

A. You can use breast pump to extract the milk and feed your baby. Ensure to use a good one. But note that all the parts should be sterilised properly and after every use. Also try breastfeeding its important too. breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe. To feed heat a bowl with water and over that place another bowl with stored milk and heat it for few mins say 2-3 mins. Store breast milk in bottles made of glass or hard plastic with tight-fitting lids. Don't store milk in disposable bottle liners.
