#AskTheExp 3 year old , with non stop dry cough mostly at night , affecting sleep and nasal congestion. symptoms on and off since 3 months. Tried montek LC and Alex junior syrup. he has continuous cough for hours at night. relatively fine during daytime.

Give turmeric milk twice daily
Avoid cold things sweet
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated healthy
