#AskTheEx hai madam, my baby is 16 months old now. can we give him kiwi fruit if yes what is the process of feeding that fruit pls suggest

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. after one year complete you can I start giving everything but if the fruits are not soft you need to mash them properly or you can also steam them if your baby is not able to swallow
