There is no specific reason but many like any deficiency in body, sone genetic development issue etc. Don't worry. Take help from some therapist for that matter. This will really help you.
Do massage daily of the baby and give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
