#askthedoctor I would like to ask the experts regarding the infection in stomach. my son constantly vomits and gets dehydrated. kindly suggest diet for him.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this type of gastroenteritis will be getting through not proper maintenance of hygiene the water baby will be drinking the food baby will be eating will be the source of infection

U Can you give more of coconut water water and butter milk to the child along with that if you want to add Ors to the water then you can also go ahead with that As that is going to provide energy and strength through the body also it will be easier for your child to be more active it it
