Add dry fruit powder to the milk with dry fruits you can make laddos using natural sweetners like jaggery dates powder n stuff. Dont force feed your child. Just make your baby's relationship with the food healthy

After 1 year, there are variety of foods which can be included in baby's diet like rice with dal, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, chicken and fish curry with rice, dalia, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, seasonal fruits, stuffed parantha, etc. Include different flyids too like water, curd, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Feed 3 main meals, 2-3 times healthy snacks and 550-650 ml milk.
