#askthedoctor hello doctor, my kid repeatedly getting cold and coughs. she is one year old and weight 10 kgs , she has some milk allergies too.

give everything to your child in form of purees.
give Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

Getting cold and cough repeatedly is due to the low immunity. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to boost immunity. Give steam inhalation to ur baby and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
