#AskThe Expert My 4 yr old child is having cough only during sleeping time for the past 3 weeks. Now it started to produce yellow mucus while she sneeze. She is having continuous fever for the past a few months. Why is it so? Is there anything serious to worry?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to some other cause like GERD so it needshj proper valuation before giving any medication . Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before cosnsulting your doctor.
