Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi you ca ln give 2 to 3 meals a day from recipes like dal rice, khichadi ghee, chapati dal, vegetable soup, boiled egg, boiled apple , fruit smoothie , mashed dates.
