Weight loss is a combine process of diet and workout
Have small and frequent meals
Reduce the intake of excess salt, sugar, bread , biscuits, cakes, cookies, namkeen, packaged foods, sugary drinks and sweets
Add more vegetables, fruits, paneer, low fat milk , curd, daal and beans, soya, oats, daliya, quinoa, eggs, chicken in your daily diet
Have green tea twice a day
Start your day with jeera and ginger water
Workout for 45 mins per day
Water 2l per day
Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. suggest you to start with half an hour of work daily it will be very helpful apart from that taking jeera curd in during afternoon time will be beneficial I would also suggest you to go ahead and take seasonal solids and fruits it will be very beneficial provide roughage
