#askexperts...my daughter is 3 years 8 months but still can talk fluently...she stills blabbers she cant speak in sentences.her sentences is just 3 words.. and she on valporin medication for almost 2 years...she had seizures when she was 9 months and 2 years (just twice)..is she a slow learner?

A. the baby is more than 3 years 8 months of age by the sage most of the babies will be having proper speech if still baby doesn't have speech and still baby is an antiepileptic medicines baby needs proper evaluation
