A. Hello mom Now your baby is one year old and if you don’t want to do dieting then you should start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. And also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
