First try to rule out reason for hair fall ... it can be due to some underlying issues like thyroid or low hb level so get a blood test done ...
lack of water, stress can also cause hair fall
Start drinking more water
Add proteins like paneer, curd, toned milk, eggs, beans and daal, oats and quinoa into your diet
Garlic, onion, greeen vegetables, walnuts and almonds should be consumed as they also help
In hair loss
Oil massage your hair at least twice week.. add vit e capsule into coconut oil and massage with that...
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi have helathy food. Apply coconut oil boiled with curry leaves. Add curry leaves in ur diet. Soak methi seed n grind it u can use even curry leaves. Grind together n apply to ur head n after 1/2 hours take shower. Continue weekly
