#askexperts hello doctor,my baby is now 56 days.he had black spots on the tongue.that spots are increasing day by day.what is the reason? and how to overcome it?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. they need to be exam in can be because of fungal infection. bfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
