Q.

#askexpert My baby is 10 months old.Giving baby semi solids three times in a day with 3-4 feeds of milk abt 520 ml. is this ok? after an hour of semi solid she has milk n takes her nap.. when shud I stop giving her milk before sleeping?

A. Hello dear parent! Continue breastfeeding your baby well for the first one year along with daily intake of breastfeeding. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
