A. that is normal during the teething process Your child is having teething problem during which there is swelling in the gums and the child is having irritation as well as pain and there will be drooling and excessive salivation. kindly maintain oral hygiene of the child and with the help of your clean fingers press the gums of the child to decrease the pain and if the child is crying with pain and irritation you can give paracetamol also

A. It’s Mostly swollen when the child is having its teeth so it’s very very common and but of course so if the spelling will continue till the time that it does not come to its very common thing start giving homoeopathic medicine tablet number 21 it will help in easy teething for the child
