#askdoctors what is the source of vitamin d for kids these days as due to pandemic they are forced to be indoors.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. source of vitamin d mainly would be sunlight and very less through the diet so if the child is not going in sunlight you will have to give vitamin d supplements to the child
