NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk and nothing else and after baby complete 6 months you may give semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet
