Give cereal and millet based porridge like ragi, suji porridge, dal based soups or soft dal paratha, milk in the form of kheer, porridge also include milk products like curd, ghee and paneer, give seasonal fruits and vegetables .
PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken clear soup,, eggs-i gave after eight months as no family history of allergy), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
