Offer small portions of food and give more only when he asks. Offer more finger foods. Offer colourful foods in colourful plates or bowls and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters. This attracts the attention of the kid. Avoid distractions during meal time like TV, cell phones, laptop, tablets etc. The family should eat all meals together so that the kid learns healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Show videos or stories about the importance of healthy eating.
