POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Semi solid foods can be introduced in baby's diet from 5-6 months onwards as by then their immunity and digestive system develop a bit. Wait for a month more to start any food apart from milk. Ready to eat Cerelac can be fed, but only 3-4 times a day. Try to give fresh, home cooked meal like lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrots and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, etc.
