#askdoctors My Son has been 3 years old please Suggest me what nutritious diet should be given to him in him diet.

Hello mom he can now be given normal foods that you make at home for the family , no restrictions as such , give seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk shakes c panner , ghee , curds , eggs and non veg if preferred, dals and lentils , millets , dry fruits and nuts
