You need to start giving finger foods like cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, idli crumbs, thepla 
At night make sure to give a heavy food like ragi or oats porridge with ghee, almond powder, water , sugar. so that baby will not wake up frequently for food

routine just make sure his tummy should full before sleeping make him wear comfortable

clothes room temperature should be normal not so hot not so cold room light should be dim

try to give your child massage with warm oil for that his body can relax and he can sleep in one
