Give all family food in soft and little mashed form..don't give puree form.Porridges should not be watery. It should be thick enough not to fall off the spoon. Food should be less spicy and sweet.
By 1 year, baby should be taking 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Limit the milk intake to maximum 16 ounces ( Try to give with cup)so that baby has enough room for solids.
Don’t give liquids like milk or juices before meal time.

Now It’s time for you to give proper food to the child Roti sabji Paratha rice whatever you are preparing at home if your child is eating semisolid consistency and only then you give it in the same manner but if you do not give proper food from now on then the weight gain is going to be less only and increase the amount of proteins into your child’s daily diet
