NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and you cannot give baby any food till the baby complete 6 months and if bm is not sufficient then you can give your baby infant formula milk and nothing else till then
