Hi parent three meals and two breakfasts can be given but don't over feed or force feed Each meal = two small bowls each meal can comprise of any two items from the groups of food given below 1.soups 2. probiotics 3 meshes of cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits 4. Dalia , khichdi, upma, sheera etc
