Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acffid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

Give adequate feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough fever naturally
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
