#askdoctors Hi doctor our son doesn't like to have cow milk.. is there any equalent replacement for the same that can give enough calcium supplement??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you can try to add some natural flavours to it such as fresh fruits or turmeric , jaggery or dry fruit mix as well . Otherwise other milk source could be from plant bases such as soya or almond etc
