ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. I would suggest you to feed breast milk. if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.
You should always talk with your doctor before giving any formulas by own.
