instead of giving any commercial food products,I will suggest you to opt for natural or homemade things as they are more safe and hygienic.
you can give kesar milk, fig milkshake, dates milk, milk with honey, etc.
buy a special cup or glass to encourage your child to drink milk from this.
set good example by drinking milk with your child.
