continue with sinarest af as in advice dose.. most of tte cases are viral and last long fir 6 to 7 days.. give warm turmsric milk , it helps in cough n good in viral infections.

Give indirect steam inhalation 
Use saline nasal drops 
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly maintain hydration
