Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. it would be better to prefer natural or homemade things like you can take calcium rich diet  i.e Ragi, nuts, dairy products,dry fruits etc
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
avoid drinking RO water.

it is better to avoid taking any type of medicine during breastfeeding journey.
because some medicine and it's content can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child.
so it is advisable to consult your gynecologist before taking any medicine.
