#ask the expert hello sir my kid is 5 years old and he is very good. but he can't sleep himself his always says that is not asleep because I cannot know how to sleep. what I am doing is that any issues and issues are not????

It’s common for kids you just have to pack their bag you just have to gently make them comfortable rub their bag narrate a story and they go to sleep kids learn to sleep on their own by the time of 7 to 8 years and in this age till the time they are not totally exhausted they don’t sleep on their own
