#Ask the expert can I give one hard boiled egg to baby daily.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, You can give your baby the entire egg (yolk and white). As long as your child is not having any problu, an egg daily shouldn't be a problem. Give in the form of Boiled, scrambled, fried or in an omelette. make sure to cook well.

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi Mom, Yes you can give boiled egg to your baby daily. Initially start to give little amount to your baby, if the baby accept it and doesn't show any indigestion problem, you can continue to increase the quantity. Do not offer egg at night. Give the egg during lunch time or at 11 in the mid morning.
