A. Dear mum, Isabgol will not help you in weight loss. So, do not have it unnecessarily. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby. For weight loss, eat mindfully and exercise every day.

A. Thank you after delivery I had constipation issue on that time was taken isabgol will it harm baby
